Grouse & Whinberry – A rich herby meat flavour with the sweet fruity taste of whinberries – more commonly known as a bilberry.
Wild Boar & Apple – The savoury flavours of free-range pork and wild boar, balanced with the sweetness of a cox’s apple and seasoned with smoked salt, paprika and rosemary.
Wild Duck & Plum Sauce has a delicious meaty taste, coupled with a flavour reminiscent of  sweet fruity hoisin sauce from ginger, star anise and soy sauce seasoning.
Smoked Pheasant & Mushroom – Flavours of corn-fed chicken, alongside the wonderfully savoury earthy flavour of wild mushroom and seasoned with smoked salt.
